Webinars

Corporate communication at scale — polished, interactive and measurable.

We run the full webinar for you: in our professional studio or your own space, reliable streaming with our own streaming platform, live interaction with your audience, and a clean recording ready to share the same day.

A webinar is not a video call with more people in it. The difference is in what your audience sees: a lit set, sound you do not have to strain for, slides and clips that appear on cue, and a name under the person who is speaking. That is what makes people stay past the first five minutes.

We run the whole thing. You get a production crew of two — four when there are several speakers, remote guests or a lot of moderation — who handle the cameras, the sound, the vision mixing and the stream itself. You concentrate on what you have to say.

Afterwards you get more than a link. The recording is ready to share the same day, the numbers tell you who watched and for how long, and we cut the strongest moments into short clips for LinkedIn and Instagram, so the webinar keeps working for weeks.

Frequently asked questions

Which platform do you stream our webinar to?

We have our own webinar platform: registration pages, confirmation and reminder mails, chat with moderation, polls and attendance statistics per viewer, all in your own branding. Prefer to stay where your audience already is? We also deliver to Teams, Zoom, YouTube and Vimeo, or to your own RTMP or SRT endpoint.

How many people can watch at once?

Our largest webinar so far had around 2,000 viewers, but the number is not really the point: the stream scales, so twenty or two thousand makes no difference to the setup. What changes with a bigger audience is the preparation — rehearsals, moderation and who answers the questions.

Do we get clips for social media afterwards?

Yes. Besides the full recording, which you have the same day, we cut the strongest moments into short clips in the right format for LinkedIn and Instagram. A webinar keeps working for weeks that way, instead of disappearing once the stream ends.

Can you add subtitles or a second language?

Both are standard with us. Subtitling can run on AI or on a human subtitler; the same goes for live translation. Which one fits depends on your audience and how much room for error there is — we will talk it through before we quote anything.

How many of you come on site?

Usually two. For a larger webinar with several speakers, remote guests or heavy moderation we come with four. You always have one point of contact, whatever the size of the crew.
