How we handle your details
Short version: we use what you send us to answer you, we keep nothing we do not need, and we sell nothing to anyone.

What we collect, and only when you send it. When you fill in the contact or studio form we receive your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company, the type of project, your preferred date and your message. Our spam filter also records the IP address the form was sent from, together with the time.
Why. To answer your question and to prepare a quote — that is a pre-contractual step at your own request. The IP address is used for one purpose only: keeping automated junk out of our inbox, which is our legitimate interest in a workable mailbox.
How long. Enquiries that lead to a project are kept with the project file for as long as our accounting obligations require (seven years). Enquiries that lead to nothing are deleted after two years. Messages flagged as spam are deleted within three months.
Who else sees it. Nobody, unless it is needed to do the work. The website runs on our own server in the European Union. We do not use advertising networks, we do not sell or share data, and we send nothing outside the EU.
Cookies and tracking. This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or third-party scripts. That is why you do not get a cookie banner here.
Your rights. You can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to limit what we do with it, or object to it. Write to hello@broadkastr.be and we will answer within thirty days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels — gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be.
