RECA livestream has one property that no other production has: there is no second take. Everything we do before the event exists to make that acceptable. We check the venue, the internet and the power up front, and we build the plan around what we actually find there rather than what was promised.
For larger events we bring a second internet connection and a backup streaming link, and we have holding messages ready to put on screen. If something does go wrong, we decide together with you whether the event in the room should pause — and our crew works the problem calmly instead of going quiet. That is the part you are really hiring.
Where the stream goes is up to you: our own platform with registration, chat and statistics, or Teams, Zoom, YouTube and Vimeo, or straight to your own RTMP or SRT endpoint — several at once if your audience is spread out. Live subtitling and live translation are standard, with AI or with a human. We work across Europe.

What happens if something goes wrong during the stream?
For larger events we always bring a second internet connection and a backup streaming link, and we have holding messages ready to put on screen for your viewers. If it affects the event in the room, we decide together with the organiser whether to pause. Our crew stays calm and works the problem with you — that is the part you are really hiring.
Can you stream to our own platform?
Yes. We deliver to Teams, Zoom, YouTube and Vimeo, or straight to your own RTMP or SRT endpoint — and to several of them at the same time if your audience is spread out. We also have our own platform if you would rather keep registration and chat in one place.
Where do you work?
All over Europe. We are based in Leuven, so Belgium is our back yard, but we travel for events abroad and plan the technical side around the venue we find there.
Can viewers follow in another language?
Yes — live subtitling and live translation are both standard, each available with AI or with a human interpreter. We did exactly that for the rector debate at KU Leuven, subtitles and sign language included in the stream.
When do we get the recording?
The raw recording is yours right after the event. An edited event video depends on the size of the production, but it is always with you within the week.
