Corporate Events

Keynotes and company moments that look the part.

Screens, sound and image magnification for your stage, with media playout and a virtual speaker stage when someone can’t be in the room.

Corporate event keynote stageREC

The moment your CEO walks on stage, nobody in the room is thinking about technology — and that is the whole point. Screens that are readable from the back row, microphones that do not cut out, image magnification so the people at the back see a face instead of a silhouette, and media that plays when it should.

We do the full technical side, not just the cameras: stage audio, wireless microphones, screens, media playout and the recording, with one crew on site from the build to the strike. You get one point of contact instead of three suppliers pointing at each other when something is missing.

When a speaker cannot be in the room, we set up a virtual speaker stage and walk them through it beforehand, so their part looks like it belongs on the same stage. Afterwards the recording is yours straight away, a highlight edit follows within the week, and we cut social clips from the same material. We work across Europe.

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle the full technical side, or only the video?

The full technical side. Screens, stage audio, wireless microphones, image magnification, media playout and the cameras — one crew, one point of contact, from the build to the strike. You do not have to coordinate three suppliers who each blame the other.

Can a speaker join from somewhere else?

Yes. We set up a virtual speaker stage and walk that speaker through it beforehand, so a remote keynote looks like it belongs on the same stage instead of like a video call on a big screen.

Where do you travel for events?

All over Europe. We are based in Leuven, and for anything further we plan the technical side around the venue and the crew that comes with it.

When do we get the video of the event?

The recording is yours straight away; a highlight edit depends on the size of the production, but you always have it within the week. We cut social clips from the same material.

What do we need to arrange ourselves?

Less than you think, and we go through it with you well in advance: power, internet, access to the venue and the run-of-show. Everything that is technical is ours to solve.
