We can run eight to ten rooms in parallel, each with its own crew and its own technical plan, while you keep one point of contact for the whole event. Every session is recorded and can be streamed for people who could not travel, so nothing is lost when the programme doubles up.
Slides get their own system. Speakers upload in advance, and for bigger conferences we build a slide centre on site where they can hand in their deck in person, up to five minutes before they go on. We check every deck — each video, each transition, each font — the approved version is placed on the speaker PC automatically, and our technician in the room starts the show. The speaker walks on and talks.

Frequently asked questions
How many rooms can you cover at once?
Eight to ten rooms running in parallel. Every room gets its own crew and its own technical plan, while you keep a single point of contact for the whole conference.
How do you handle the speakers’ slides?

What if a speaker arrives late with a new version?
That is exactly what the slide centre is for. Five minutes before the session is still workable, and because the check and the transfer are part of one flow, a last-minute change does not turn into a scramble at the lectern.
Do remote attendees get the same programme?
Yes. Every room can be streamed for a hybrid audience, and every session is recorded, so nothing is lost when two sessions run at the same time. Live subtitling and translation are available, with AI or a human.
How far in advance should we involve you?
A month before is our normal lead time, and for a multi-room conference earlier is better — the technical plan per room is what makes the day run. That said, we once took a call on Friday for a production that started Monday, so ask anyway.
